Upon receipt of a written notification containing the required statutory elements, Unblocked Games 6x will expeditiously take action, which may include disabling access to or permanently removing the challenged game or material from our platform. If we disable or remove access to content in response to an infringement notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the affected creator or distributor.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal written counter-notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, containing your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to local federal jurisdiction.

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA and GitLab's Acceptable Use Policy, Unblocked Games 6x has adopted a strict policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access and hosting for any contributors, third-party embeds, or accounts determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property.
